Digital Response is closing and leaving behind one of its best years and that is why we are excited to share it with all of you.

The team is growing!


Over the course of this year we have expanded the family, and how! The team has grown from 13 employees to 21. In doing so, we have added new profiles to the team, achieving what we consider to be the dreamteam Email Marketing.

New clients in the portfolio!


If the number of new recruits in the agency is increasing, it can only mean one thing: the client portfolio is increasing. In 2019, the following have joined the 5 new clients: Merkal Calzados, Etnia Barcelona, Michael Page, Zara and Oysho. With them, Digital Response already has a total of 20 active clients.

Numerous implementations for our customers!


At Digital Response we haven't stopped! Automated programmes have become the most requested by our clients in the past 2019. Let's remember that their implementation helps us save time and costs, while making our actions much more effective.

Abandoned cart emails, welcome emails, birthday emails, user lifecycles, loyalty programmes... the question would be what kind of automated programme we haven't implemented.

The team is certified!


The sector is evolving rapidly and with This has led to the emergence of automated marketing and delivery platforms. In this scenario, advanced platforms such as Responsys y Eloqua Oracle or Pardot y Marketing Cloud Salesforce. At Digital Response we believe that the team should always be growing and training and for that reason in the past 2019, two members of the team have acquired some of the most in-demand certifications in our industry:

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant: It is the certification that offers the broadest technical and strategic perspective on Marketing Cloud and requires the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification. Congratulations Ale!

2019 Eloqua B2B Master: It is Eloqua's first level of accreditation with a platform knowledge base (B2B: Fundaments) and best practices within marketing automation platforms (Modern Marketing: Revenue Performance Management - RPM).

2019 B2B Luminary by Eloqua: It is a much more complex accreditation. It is only available once you have already obtained your Master's degree. It covers five advanced concepts: Analysis, Conversion, Engagement, Targeting and Technology. Congratulations Gabriela!


New Master Class! This time together with Selligent


This past year we have once again provided a Master Class in Barcelona and Madrid, but in this case together with one of our partners, Selligent. The event took place on 25 October (Barcelona) and 13 November (Madrid).

Alejandra Castellano and Jordi Puig (Digital Response) talked about the latest innovations in the field of email marketing:
