Tips for good email remarketing
A remarketing strategy can significantly increase conversion in an ecommerce business. There are several aspects to take into account to increase the effectiveness of our remarketing emails:
- Don't take too long to send your remarketing email.. The appropriate time may vary depending on the product or service. The recommendation can be to send it in the following hour or even the day after the abandonment, but always looking for a period in which we remain in the consumer's mind. In cases where there are several remarketing emails after the abandonment, we must also take care not to extend the time period too much, always seeking to remain present in the user's memory.
- Personalise your remarketing campaigns. As far as possible, collect the buyer's personal details and address the buyer by name. Personalisation is key in cases where the interruption of the process is due to a technical problem or the user needs assistance to finalise the purchase.

- Ensure that the call to action sea llamativo and link directly to the shopping cart (again, we aim to make the process as easy as possible for the user).
- Displays the listed products by the user in the email and links to your specific pages in the email. Linking to the homepage is much less effective, as it makes the process more difficult for the user.
- Warns about cart expiry date. Let the user know that they will only have their products stored/reserved for a certain period of time.
