Una vez captada la atenci\u00f3n del usuario y transmitido el mensaje principal, el siguiente paso es moverlo a la acci\u00f3n mediante el uso de una llamada clara y eficaz.<br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\nLa llamada a la acci\u00f3n no tiene porqu\u00e9 ser \u00fanica, puesto que dentro del contenido del email podemos ofrecer informaci\u00f3n relevante que acompa\u00f1e al mensaje principal, y esta informaci\u00f3n deber incluir su propia llamada.<br \/>\nEs conveniente disponer distintas llamadas a la acci\u00f3n a lo largo del cuerpo del mensaje, y hacerlo teniendo en cuenta que la lectura de un emailing sigue el patr\u00f3n de un escaneo de arriba a bajo y de lado a lado (zigzag). Cuantos m\u00e1s enlaces clickables dispongamos a lo largo del cuerpo del mensaje, mayor ser\u00e1 la tasa de click.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nEl incremento del spam ha hecho que los filtros de correo no deseado penalicen frases tales como \u201chaz click aqu\u00ed\u201d o \u201cpincha aqu\u00ed\u201d. Una t\u00e1ctica pare evitar estas situaciones consiste en el uso de CTAs gr\u00e1ficos. Tambi\u00e9n podemos cambiar el copy con textos alineados con el contexto.
