{"id":1494,"date":"2013-04-29T20:36:11","date_gmt":"2013-04-29T20:36:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.digitalresponse.es\/blog\/?p=1494"},"modified":"2013-04-29T20:36:11","modified_gmt":"2013-04-29T20:36:11","slug":"usos-del-email-facebook-y-twitter-entre-los-millennials-o-generacion-y","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.digitalresponse.es\/en\/usos-del-email-facebook-y-twitter-entre-los-millennials-o-generacion-y\/","title":{"rendered":"Uses of Email, Facebook and Twitter among Millennials or generation Y"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\nUn reciente estudio de campo llevado a cabo por Exact Target titulado \u00ab<a title=\"Subscribers, Fans &amp; Followers\" href=\"http:\/\/pages.exacttarget.com\/sff\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Subscribers, Fans, and Followers<\/a>\u201d cuyo objetivo ha sido conocer c\u00f3mo los usuarios utilizan el email, Facebook y Twitter para relacionarse con las marcas, arroja datos muy interesantes en el segmento de los llamados Millennials (o Generaci\u00f3n Y, personas nacidas entre 1982 y 1995). Los aspectos que m\u00e1s nos han llamado la atenci\u00f3n son:<br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\n1. Estos usuarios reciben de media 7,4 emails comerciales al d\u00eda. Han hecho like a 5,9 compa\u00f1\u00edas en Facebook y la media de compa\u00f1\u00edas que siguen en Twitter es de 2,9.<br \/>\n2. El 84% de estos usuarios utilizan el correo electr\u00f3nico para recibir emails comerciales, el 46% son fans en Facebook y el 6% son followers en Twitter.<br \/>\n3. El 87% de los usuarios entre 17 y 30 a\u00f1os que utiliza el email se suscribe a listas comerciales de sus marcas\/compa\u00f1\u00edas preferidas. De \u00e9stos, el 57% de los que utilizan Facebook son fans, como m\u00ednimo, de 1 marca\/compa\u00f1\u00eda, y el 24% de los usuarios de Twitter siguen como m\u00ednimo a 1 marca.<br \/>\n4. <strong>El 95% de los Millennials no utilizan los distintos canales digitales de una forma aislada, si no que el 95% de los que son fans en Facebook, tambi\u00e9n se han suscrito a las listas de emails comerciales<\/strong>. Tambi\u00e9n, el 95% de los que siguen a alguna marca en Twitter se suscriben a las listas de correo. El 70% de los que siguen a marcas en Twitter, tambi\u00e9n son fans de ellas en Facebook. Finalmente, menos del 2% de los Millennials solo se vinculan con sus marcas preferidas a trav\u00e9s de Facebook.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.digitalresponse.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/exacttarget.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" title=\"Exacttarget, sff\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.digitalresponse.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/exacttarget.jpg\" width=\"380\" height=\"317\" \/><\/a>Fuent: ExactTarget<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La conclusi\u00f3n que podemos extraer de estos datos es que los usuarios de entre 17 y 30 a\u00f1os utilizan los distintos canales digitales disponibles para relacionarse con las marcas, y que los medios sociales no est\u00e1n sustituyendo al email si no complement\u00e1ndolo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\nOtro estudio, en este caso de e-Dialog, titulado <a title=\"Global Consumer Attitudes\" href=\"http:\/\/www.gsicommerce.com\/news_events\/news_releases\/global_consumer_study_proves_e_mails_value_extends_well_beyond_the_inbox\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Global consumer attitudes survey<\/a> de junio de 2010, muestra como el 58% de los compradores offline (en tienda f\u00edsica o compra telef\u00f3nica), lo hicieron motivados tras recibir un email comercial. El mismo trabajo recoge los usos de los distintos canales digitales por pa\u00edses.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.digitalresponse.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/edialog.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" title=\"edialog\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.digitalresponse.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/edialog.jpg\" width=\"366\" height=\"342\" \/><\/a>Fuente: eDialog<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\nM\u00e1s informes.
