Este hecho tiene m\u00e1s ventajas que inconvenientes, pero un factor inevitable es que<strong> los seres humanos no somos infalibles<\/strong><!--more--> y a menudo se nos escapan erratas, errores de dise\u00f1o, gazapos, un enlace roto\u2026 En los casos m\u00e1s graves el problema est\u00e1 relacionado con la base de datos, con contactos mal utilizados, fallos de estructura que provocan errores en la personalizaci\u00f3n, etc. En estos casos podemos reaccionar de varias maneras.<br \/>\nUna es <strong>obviar el error y seguir trabajando<\/strong>: \u201cSi cuela, cuela,\u2026\u201d Y en el caso de peque\u00f1as erratas es lo m\u00e1s com\u00fan e incluso recomendable, pero si el error tiene mayor repercusi\u00f3n debemos tomar medidas. Si se trata de un error que <strong>afecta m\u00e1s a la conversi\u00f3n que a la relaci\u00f3n con el usuario<\/strong> debemos poner en marcha alguna acci\u00f3n que corrija esta desviaci\u00f3n y trate de<strong> recuperar esas oportunidades perdidas.<\/strong><br \/>\nSi por el contrario, se trata de un problema en la<strong> interpelaci\u00f3n al usuario<\/strong>, un contacto sin permiso, o demasiado frecuente (no abusemos de su \u201cconfianza\u201d)\u2026 llega el momento de <strong>pedir perd\u00f3<\/strong>n. Por ejemplo, en este caso, desde oDesk se dirigieron a un miembro de nuestro equipo por un nombre equivocado (una tal \u201cMollie\u201d).<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.digitalresponse.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/09\/email-marketing-barcelona2.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2038\" alt=\"email-marketing-barcelona2\" src=\"https:\/\/www.digitalresponse.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/09\/email-marketing-barcelona2.jpg\" width=\"799\" height=\"398\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nAl d\u00eda siguiente, enmendaban su error y nos ped\u00edan disculpas:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.digitalresponse.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/09\/email-marketing-barcelona1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2039\" alt=\"email-marketing-barcelona1\" src=\"https:\/\/www.digitalresponse.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/09\/email-marketing-barcelona1.jpg\" width=\"799\" height=\"441\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nUn caso m\u00e1s grave y curioso es el de <strong>Mini<\/strong>, <strong>que inund\u00f3 las bandejas de entrada de sus prospectos accidentalmente<\/strong> recibiendo multitud de quejas. Mini aprovech\u00f3 esta situaci\u00f3n, adem\u00e1s de para disculparse, para convertir esta disculpa en una acci\u00f3n de relaciones p\u00fablicas, enviando mediante marketing directo, una rosa de chocolate, un rollo de cinta aislante y una lata de \u201c<strong>SPAM<\/strong>\u201d a los usuarios afectados.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.digitalresponse.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/09\/email-marketing-spam-mini.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2041\" alt=\"email-marketing-spam-mini\" src=\"https:\/\/www.digitalresponse.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/09\/email-marketing-spam-mini.jpg\" width=\"650\" height=\"425\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nTodo ello acompa\u00f1ado del siguiente mensaje:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Nothing says &#8216;I&#8217;m sorry&#8217; quite like flowers and chocolate, so we&#8217;ve combined the two and enclosed a chocolate rose.
