In this post, we'll take a look at the main changes that, in our opinion, we will see in the email marketing industry in 2014.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.digitalresponse.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/2014_email_marketing.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2339 aligncenter\" alt=\"2014_email_marketing\" src=\"https:\/\/www.digitalresponse.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/2014_email_marketing.png\" width=\"466\" height=\"209\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-align: justify;\">1- <strong>Cada vez m\u00e1s marcas y organizaciones<\/strong> <strong>adaptar\u00e1n el email a los entornos de lectura m\u00f3viles<\/strong>. A lo largo de 2013 se ha constatado un uso al alza de los dispositivos m\u00f3viles y tabletas como entornos de lectura de los emails. La necesidad de adaptar las ofertas, dise\u00f1os y maquetaciones a la nueva realidad \u00abexperiencial\u00bb del email marketing, ser\u00e1 interiorizada y estandarizada por la mayor\u00eda de marcas y organizaciones.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-align: justify;\">2- <strong>La sofisticaci\u00f3n de los programas de email marketing, en su vertiente de \u00abautomatizaci\u00f3n\u00bb, aumentar\u00e1<\/strong>. La eficacia de programas de email marketing basados en eventos desencadenantes (<em>trigger emails<\/em>) tales como transacciones, visitas, procesos de compra, etc. ha sido puesta de manifiesto en todos los foros del sector. As\u00ed las cosas, veremos como la perspectiva de un mayor ROI har\u00e1 que los responsables de e-marketing inviertan en la implementaci\u00f3n de este tipo de programas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-align: justify;\">3- <strong>Aumentar\u00e1 la oferta de proveedores de servicios<\/strong>. El mercado del email marketing en nuestro pa\u00eds ha estado dominado en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os por los ESP (Email Service Provider), empresas especializadas en desarrollar y poner a disposici\u00f3n de los usuarios de marketing, plataformas de env\u00edo de campa\u00f1as. Este escenario se ver\u00e1 enriquecido por la aparici\u00f3n y consolidaci\u00f3n entre los profesionales del marketing, de nuevos <em>players<\/em> con propuestas de valor a\u00f1adido, tales como Litmus, Movable Ink o 8Seconds.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-align: justify;\">4- <strong>Del open y el click a la conversi\u00f3n y el ROI<\/strong>. Superada la fase \u00ab<em>marketiniana<\/em>\u00bb del email marketing, en 2014 se acentuar\u00e1 su consideraci\u00f3n \u00ab<em>econ\u00f3mica<\/em>\u00ab. Los responsables de negocio exigir\u00e1n, ya no solamente mejoras en las m\u00e9tricas de marketing, sino conocer el impacto econ\u00f3mico real del email marketing en la organizaci\u00f3n. Para ello, incorporar\u00e1n en los indicadores de negocio m\u00e9tricas como el Gross Profit o el Lifetime Value.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-align: justify;\">5- <strong>Profundizaci\u00f3n en el reporting<\/strong>. Las estad\u00edsticas que proveen los ESP se quedar\u00e1n cortas frente a las \u00ab<em>exigencias anal\u00edticas<\/em>\u00bb de los responsables de marketing. No ser\u00e1 suficiente reconocer tasas de apertura, CTRs y conversiones por campa\u00f1a, sino que aumentar\u00e1 la necesidad de <strong>establecer relaciones entre datos de origen y tipolog\u00eda muy diversos<\/strong> (analytics, social media, POS), etc.., Mejorar\u00e1, as\u00ed, el conocimiento que se obtenga del impacto de las acciones de marketing en el comportamiento del usuario.<\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The year is coming to an end and the new one is about to start.
