Para que una marca empiece a pensar en\u00a0<strong>Omnicanal<\/strong>, debe de lograr que la experiencia de los usuarios con ella sea continua (no fragmentada en canales) y universal. Sobre los distintos canales en los que el usuario se expone a la marca, su experiencia ha de ser continua, \u00fanica. Ha de demostrarse que la marca y el punto de venta entienden y responden a los intereses y necesidades del usuario. Esto implica servirlo en todas las etapas de su interacci\u00f3n con la marca. El\u00a0<strong>Omnichannel Marketing<\/strong>\u00a0incorpora el conocimiento del cliente con ofertas personalizadas. Coordina esas ofertas en todos los canales de comunicaci\u00f3n de la marca y hace que sea f\u00e1cil para los clientes comprar y obtener los productos \/ servicios a trav\u00e9s de la combinaci\u00f3n de los canales que tienen m\u00e1s sentido .
