{"id":3131,"date":"2014-07-23T14:27:03","date_gmt":"2014-07-23T14:27:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.digitalresponse.es\/blog\/?p=3131"},"modified":"2014-07-23T14:27:03","modified_gmt":"2014-07-23T14:27:03","slug":"infografia-email-marketing-evolucion-de-los-principales-indicadores-en-2014-en-usa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.digitalresponse.es\/en\/infografia-email-marketing-evolucion-de-los-principales-indicadores-en-2014-en-usa\/","title":{"rendered":"Infograf\u00eda Email Marketing: evoluci\u00f3n de los principales indicadores en 2014 en USA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>eTail, uno de los principales organizadores de eventos dirigidos a eRetailers en USA, acaba de publicar <a href=\"http:\/\/etaileast.wbresearch.com\/email-marketing-infographic\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">en su blog<\/a> una<a href=\"https:\/\/www.digitalresponse.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/infografia_evolucion_email.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> infographics<\/a> en la que se recoge la evoluci\u00f3n del Email Marketing en los primeros 6 meses del a\u00f1o (los datos se refieren al mercado norte americano).<!--more--><br \/>\nEstos son los principales indicadores:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Respecto al Q4 de 2013, <strong>el volumen de emails enviados ha ca\u00eddo en un 20% en el primer trimestre de 2014<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Los picos de aperturas de los emails en dispositivos m\u00f3viles se han producido entre las 8 AM y las 9 AM con una media del 25%.<\/li>\n<li><strong>El Open rate se ha situado en un 19%<\/strong>, el ratio de <strong>clickadores en un 2,4%<\/strong> and the <strong>click to open (tambi\u00e9n llamado reactividad) en un 12%.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>The <a title=\"responsive email design\" href=\"https:\/\/www.digitalresponse.es\/en\/blog\/responsive-email-design-ejemplo-de-diseno-y-maquetacion-de-un-email-responsive\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">responsive email design<\/a> logra que el click to open sea 2 puntos mayor que con emails no responsive<\/strong>. En concreto, se sit\u00faa en un 11,9% en el primer caso y en un 9,8% en el segundo. No obstante, el estudio indica que el 75% de los marketers siguen haciendo email marketing sin recurrir al responsive.<\/li>\n<li>Tan solo el 7,5% de los consumidores leen los emails tanto en ordenadores de escritorio como en dispositivos m\u00f3viles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Es interesante contrastar alguno de estos datos con los publicados por Experian Marketing Services y que<a href=\"https:\/\/www.digitalresponse.es\/en\/blog\/tasas-de-apertura-por-sector-en-email-marketing-benchmark-2014\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> recog\u00edamos en un post anterior<\/a>. En Europa (Espa\u00f1a, Alemania y Francia), el open rate (entendido como % de abridores \u00fanicos), se sit\u00faa de promedio en un 18,52% y el click to open en un 18,27% en Francia y en un 18,58% en Espa\u00f1a.
