En \u00e9l se explora c\u00f3mo las empresas est\u00e1n coordinando sus actividades de marketing en distintos canales. El an\u00e1lisis se basa en una encuesta realizada a cerca de 1.000 profesionales del e-commerce.<!--more--><br \/>\nEste informe es interesante, entre otras cosas, porque <strong>ofrece una aproximaci\u00f3n a c\u00f3mo las organizaciones est\u00e1n abordando el reto de superar la multicanalidad y construir un marketing cross channel m\u00e1s eficaz<\/strong>.
