Es el caso del emailing que os traemos aqu\u00ed. Se trata de un emailing enviado por Amazon al usuario que acaba de realizar su primera compra con ellos. El email se recibi\u00f3 5 d\u00edas despu\u00e9s de la primera compra.\u00a0<strong>Se trata de un email con un marcado componente \u00abrelacional\u00bb<\/strong>.<!--more--> Por un lado se env\u00eda en el momento inicial de la relaci\u00f3n con el usuario (entendido como cliente). A lo mejor 5 d\u00edas despu\u00e9s de la transacci\u00f3n es excesivo; creemos que dentro de las 24 horas posteriores podr\u00eda generar, en la percepci\u00f3n del destinatario, una mayor naturalidad y pertinencia\u2026 Este es el email:<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.digitalresponse.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/email_amazon.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-3327 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.digitalresponse.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/email_amazon.jpg\" alt=\"email_amazon\" width=\"1200\" height=\"2357\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>Introducci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>Vemos la personalizaci\u00f3n, sencilla y eficaz,<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>que da paso a la primera parte del mensaje \u00ab<em>Thank you for making yogur first parchase with Amazon\u00bb<\/em><\/strong>.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Qu\u00e9 f\u00e1cil resulta agradecer a alguien que haya depositado su confianza en nosotros y hacerlo cort\u00e9smente\u2026 La segunda parte del mensaje nos informa de las funcionalidades que encontrar\u00e9 en la tienda, y que \u00ab<em>many customers find helpful<\/em>\u00ab. No es trivial el recurso a \u00ablos otros usuarios\u00bb como elemento de legitimidad del contenido presentado\u2026 Si al resto de usuarios les aporta valor, muy probablemente a mi tambi\u00e9n.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>El mensaje finaliza con un enlace a \u00abYour Account\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.digitalresponse.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/intro_amazon.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-3329 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.digitalresponse.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/intro_amazon.png\" alt=\"intro_amazon\" width=\"549\" height=\"225\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>Cuerpo del mensaje.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Amazon presenta tres \u00e1reas bien diferenciadas. La primera son las \u00ab<em>Popular Shopping Features<\/em>\u00ab. Se trata de <strong>informar al usuario de las ventajas que encontrar\u00e1 en\u00a0el e-commerce y que facilitar\u00e1n la compra<\/strong>. Este tipo de contenidos son de gran valor y permiten dar a conocer funcionalidad del site que de otro modo pueden pasar desapercibidas.\u00a0La segunda parte ya tiene un componente comercial, presentando los dispositivos de la familia Amazon. Cada una de las landings correspondientes a los productos es la p\u00e1gina de producto en el e-commerce.\u00a0 <strong>Cabe destacar la ausencia de precios, lo que permite mantener el \u00abtono\u00bb de servicio del conjunto del emailing<\/strong>.\u00a0Finalmente se destacan los otros dos canales a trav\u00e9s de los cuales el usuario puede mantener la relaci\u00f3n con la marca.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Se trata, como vemos, de <strong>un email que busca el engagement y que se orienta a dar la mejor experiencia al usuario<\/strong>.
