First of all, before opening Photoshop, Fireworks or whatever design tool you use, we must analyse the situation and work on a strategic approach. For this phase, we recommend that you ask yourself the following questions:<!--more--><br \/>\n<strong>1. \u00bfCu\u00e1l es tu audiencia?<\/strong><br \/>\nQu\u00e9 perfil tiene nuestro usuario, cu\u00e1l es su estilo de vida. Es la pregunta b\u00e1sica para abordar la creaci\u00f3n de un email\/campa\u00f1a de emails. Si perdemos de vista al usuario, nuestra campa\u00f1a tiene el fracaso asegurado.<br \/>\n<strong>2. \u00bfDesde qu\u00e9 dispositivos\/clientes de email nos leen?<\/strong><br \/>\nEsta pregunta nos ayudar\u00e1 a orientar los contenidos y la estructura del email a la experiencia del usuario en los distintos dispositivos. As\u00ed por ejemplo, resolveremos la pregunta \u00bfNecesito un email responsive? \u00bfPuedo plantear dise\u00f1os con elementos qu\u00e9 a\u00fan no tienen soporte en algunos clientes de email? (ser\u00e1 posible si el grueso de nuestra audiencia abre los emails en dispositivos\/clientes compatibles).<br \/>\n\u00bfC\u00f3mo puedo saber desde d\u00f3nde nos est\u00e1 abriendo el usuario? Algunas <a title=\"Email Marketing Tools\" href=\"https:\/\/www.digitalresponse.es\/en\/guia-de-herramientas-de-email-marketing-infografia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">email marketing tools <\/a>aportan este dato, pero si no es as\u00ed hay otros servicios que pueden ayudarnos. La tarea consiste en alinear nuestros objetivos con los del usuario al abrir el email para optimizar la eficacia de la campa\u00f1a. \u00bfQuieren un acceso r\u00e1pido a un descuento? \u00bfContactar con nosotros de la forma m\u00e1s sencilla? \u00bfConfirmar una suscripci\u00f3n? Cuando tengamos clara cu\u00e1l es su expectativa, debemos facilitar este camino al m\u00e1ximo para obtener la mayor conversi\u00f3n.
