En este post os presentamos las conclusiones que, a nuestro parecer, son m\u00e1s relevantes.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>OBJECTIVES<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p1\">Respecto al a\u00f1o anterior ha crecido el n\u00famero de encuestados que dan a la generaci\u00f3n de ingresos la prioridad del Email Marketing (26%)<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">El segundo objetivo (22%) es el fortalecimiento de la relaci\u00f3n entre el usuario y la marca (engagment).<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Cabe destacar la diferencia que se da al Email Marketing como generador de brand awareness: en B2C solo el 4% de las empresas les asignan este objetivo, mientras que en B2B son el 18%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>ROI<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p1\">Lo m\u00e1s destacable en este apartado es el incremento del 53% del ROI atribuido al Email Marketing respecto al a\u00f1o anterior.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">El 20% de los encuestados afirma obtener entre \u00a31 y \u00a35 por la inversi\u00f3n inicial<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">El 43% obtiene un ROI entre \u00a311 y \u00a350.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">El 36% \u00a351 o m\u00e1s por cada libra invertida en Email Marketing.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Esto se debe, seg\u00fan el estudio, a un desarrollo m\u00e1s avanzado de los programas de Email Marketing en general.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>M\u00c9TRICAS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p1\">El 55% afirma que el open rate mejor\u00f3 respecto al a\u00f1o anterior, y un 88% que el click-through rate se mantuvo o mejor\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">El 53% de los encuestados afirma poder medir los ingresos generados a trav\u00e9s del email. De \u00e9stos, el 56% ha visto como las conversiones se han mantenido y un 30% c\u00f3mo han aumentado<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\">Al aumentar el nivel de profesionalizaci\u00f3n de los expertos en marketing digital en general, y en Email Marketing en particular, se logra obtener una visi\u00f3n m\u00e1s concreta y ajustada del impacto de los distintos canales en el consumidor. Adem\u00e1s, cada vez es m\u00e1s com\u00fan que los expertos en un \u00e1rea (por ejemplo anal\u00edtica web), colaboren con los responsables de otras \u00e1reas (email marketing, afiliaci\u00f3n, etc.). Esto explicar\u00eda por qu\u00e9 cada vez es m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil atribuir resultados a acciones concretas y por ende establecer objetivos. Por otro lado se est\u00e1n produciendo cambios muy significativos en la industria del email marketing.
