{"id":565,"date":"2012-06-20T19:38:38","date_gmt":"2012-06-20T19:38:38","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.digitalresponse.es\/blog\/?p=565"},"modified":"2012-06-20T19:38:38","modified_gmt":"2012-06-20T19:38:38","slug":"q1-2012-north-american-email-trends-and-benchmarks","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.digitalresponse.es\/en\/q1-2012-north-american-email-trends-and-benchmarks\/","title":{"rendered":"Q1 2012 North American Email Trends and Benchmarks"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La empresa de marketing directo e interactivo Epsilon, junto a la Direct Marketing Association y el Email Experience Council, acaban de publicar datos sobre el comportamiento de las m\u00e9tricas de Email Marketing en EEUU en el primer trimestre del a\u00f1o.<br \/>\n<!--More--><br \/>\nDel estudio se desprenden lo siguientes datos:<br \/>\n&#8211; La tasa de apertura siguen una tendencia al alza, con una media en el trimestre del 26,2%.<br \/>\n&#8211; El ratio de click decrece 0,5% puntos respecto al \u00faltimo trimestre de 2011, si bien la t\u00f3nica es la estabilidad de este \u00edndice (se sit\u00faa en un 4,7% en este primer trimestre del a\u00f1o).<br \/>\n&#8211; El volumen de env\u00edos por anunciante (clientes de Epsilon) ha decrecido un 24% respecto al \u00faltimo trimestre del a\u00f1o, si bien ha supuesto un incremento de 3 puntos respecto al mismo trimestre del a\u00f1o pasado.<br \/>\nPoco a poco los anunciantes est\u00e1n incorporando componentes anal\u00edticos y relacionales en su estrategia de email marketing, lo que impacta positivamente en las m\u00e9tricas de aperturas y clicks.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nSiempre es interesante que los proveedores de tecnolog\u00eda, a trav\u00e9s de cuyas plataformas se canalizan una parte muy importante de las campa\u00f1as de email marketing, aporten este tipo de estudios.
