Muchos se han empeñado en los últimos años en hablar de la muerte del email marketing en favor de la estrategia de comunicación en redes sociales. Muchos son los que clamaban que el email quedaría olvidado con el creciente uso de las nuevas herramientas. Nada más lejos de la realidad. El tiempo ha demostrado que el Email Marketing sigue más vivo que nunca y que no se trata de enfrentarlo con las redes sociales, sino de integrarlo para generar sinergias que optimicen los resultados.

Al fin y al cabo, más que buscar la herramienta ideal debemos centrarnos en encontrar la estrategia adecuada. Esta estrategia muchas veces va ligada a diversas herramientas, y en saber combinarlas radica el éxito de una campaña de comunicación.
