Desde hace unos años se han escuchado dos afirmaciones que han pretendido marcar el rumbo del marketing online:
– El Email Marketing está muerto
– Los Social Media son la herramienta que sustituirá al Email Marketing en la comunicación con nuestros clientes.
Por supuesto, todos entendemos ya, que ni tanto ni tan calvo. El Email marketing sigue muy vivo y los social media no so la panacea del éxito cualquier negocio. Aún así, siguen existiendo dos ejércitos de fans de uno y otro lado, y -por suerte- un terreno común donde se trabajan sinergias entre ambos.

Hoy os traemos esta infographics de HostPapa, donde se nos presentan los puntos fuertes de cada canal. Los social media no se pueden obviar y es importante cuidar nuestra estrategia de comunicación en ellos y posibilitar siempre la complementación de nuestras acciones en distintos canales. Sin embargo, podemos afirmar, que la eficiencia medible, el ROI sale ganando con el Email Marketing. Son muchos los argumentos que se aportan de uno y otro bando pero diversos estudios demuestran que cuando hablamos de ROI, el email marketing sigue siendo el rey.
